2. Shipping Times & Costs
- Local (Lebanon): Delivery within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping fee applies (see checkout for exact cost) or is free on orders over
- International: Delivery times vary between 10–20 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your shipment is on its way.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s journey to your doorstep.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@distingstyle.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product (if applicable). We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If you refuse a delivery due to unexpected customs fees or a change of mind, return shipping and any original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
