Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your DistingStyle organizer, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned within the 30-day return window.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@distingstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and any instructions.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., Set of 1 for a Set of 2). Please contact support@distingstyle.com to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@distingstyle.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.

8. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or are not in their original condition.
