1. Where Do We Ship?
We are proud to ship DistingStyle products worldwide from our international fulfillment centers. Delivery is available to most countries.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
- Standard International Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Expedited Options: Faster delivery methods may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your shipment is on its way.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are payable directly to the customs authorities upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@distingstyle.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging (if applicable). We will work with our shipping partners to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a delivery is refused due to unexpected customs fees or a change of mind, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
